Length of Position: 4 weeks

Description: Travel the world teaching English! English is the international 'lingua franca' of people in business, education, computers and tourism - which means huge opportunities to teach it worldwide. Combine TEFL with previous qualifications and teach in that field (e.g. medicine, law or commerce), or start with this certificate and specialise in Business English or Teaching Young Learners, or complete a Diploma or MA.

The inlingua certificate in TEFL/TESOL
The aim of this 4-week, 120-hour course is to give trainees the practical skills that are vital in foreign- or second-language classrooms anywhere in the world - and a theoretical base from which to work. It is an intensive and demanding programme - but it enables you to teach almost anywhere - Spain, Italy, Peru, Thailand, Nepal, China, Brazil, Russia, Greece...

inlingua is the largest association of privately-owned language schools in the world. There are over 300 schools in 30 countries - from Japan to Peru. All are independently owned and run but use similar teaching methods and materials.

At inlingua Cape Town, our motto is, "keeping you in touch with the world...". We aim to promote intercultural communication through teaching English and other national and international languages.
