Length of Position: 12-months

Description: The course contains plenty of input on teaching skills, grammar and pronunciation, together with course assignments focusing on materials design and one-to-one teaching as well as the chance to observe experienced teachers throughout the course. In addition, there are a series of unknown language lessons designed to give you an insight into what it is really like to be a learner. We aim to give you the broadest possible basis within a short course for your continued development as an EFL teacher. The course is intensive, involving evening and weekend work in addition to daytime study; you will be informed of your progress through regular tutorials.

Highlights: This course includes teaching practice with real learners of English and the opportunity to observe experienced teachers.

Qualifications: Candidates need to have the academic ability to complete the course - typically this would be qualifications that would enable them to enter university in their home country.

As this TEFL Certificate Course also includes a job placement element - visa restrictions in some locations may mean that the candidate must have a university degree.

All applicants must be native or native-like speakers of English.
