The English Language Center (ELC) is honored to be collaborating with the Office of English Language Programs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (U.S. Department of State) to offer a professional development program to ESL educators around the world via the internet. This new program draws on a long-established tradition at UMBC in the area of ESOL Professional Training and working with teachers around the world. This program will aid teachers in mastering their skills using a variety of modern methods and techniques. If you're interested in learning more about this program, please contact us.
