Description: The Expanish TEFL program offers a 120 hour and a 150 hour option TEFL Course at two renowed language institutes in Buenos Aires.

Our TEFL in Argentina Certification courses follow specific internationally recognized standards to ensure that our students receive the highest level of TEFL education possible. Our 120 hour TEFL course is based on the same curriculum outline as University of Cambridges CELTA course; the 150 hour TEFL course is accredited by a national awarding body based out of the United Kingdom.

These programs are aimed at fully preparing students to become qualified and confident teachers in the subject of English as a second language. With an emphasis on instruction method and hands-on techniques, Expanish TEFL will give successful graduates the tools necessary to become working English teachers.

Students will have the unique opportunity to live in Buenos Aires, one of the most captivating cities in all of South America, while completing the extensive Expanish teacher-training program.

In addition, Expanish TEFL students will have the option to participate in a Spanish learning program, a volunteer placement, leisure activities, workshops, and the many other programs Expanish has to offer.

Our TEFL courses in Argentina are a total of four weeks long with the option of adding an accompaniment program such as volunteering or Spanish classes.

Job Types
Expanish TEFL program graduates go on to work in Argentina as English teachers for language schools, private institutions, corporate classes, private instruction and tutoring, and other jobs with the demand for proficient native English instructors.

Highlights:
Students may choose between two TEFL courses:

Both courses include 8 hours of observed teaching practice, both individual and group projects, and offers both theoretical and practical instruction. The Expanish TEFL certification program is one of the most extensive teacher preparations available.

Qualifications: Applicants must be at least 21 years old (students 19 and up may be accepted for the TEFL course on a case-by-case basis) and have a minimum of 2-years university experience or comparable work experience, as well as a high school diploma.

A native fluency of English is required except in cases where the applicant has completed one of the following:
* TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
* IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Level 6
* CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English)

Hold a college degree or 5 years of work experience (students with at least two years of university-level education or work rather than university experience can apply and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
