Qualifications: You don't need any previous qualifications or teaching experience to take a TEFL CHINA course, however all candidates should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the English Language. Non-native speakers must be able to prove that they have reached level C1 (according to the Common European Framework) and are in the possession of a Cambridge CAE qualification or equivalent.

Ideally you should:
* Pass the application task and interview (an interview is always arranged for non-native English speaking applicants).
* Be aged 19 or over
* Have a standard of English that will enable you to teach at a range of levels.
* Be present for 100% of the course
